Shipping
The delivery of products or services provided by Iasis Corporation
are done on a best efforts basis.
Shipping of e-manuals is usually done within one business day.
If you do not receive yours, there may be a problem with the email address you
supplied. Please send us another email about your order and include the
order confirmation number from your Internet Secure receipt.
Shipping of products like the Olympus DS-320 is done by regular mail to
US & Canadian
addresses only via Canada Post. Shipping is usually done on the next
business day from the date of your order. Supplies are dependent on
inventory from the U.S. From time to time that supply will be
reduced. Normally, the website will warn of any known delays in
supply. Any warranties or guarantees of this product are by the
manufacturer. As this product may be used with your computer, please
ensure that your computer meets the requirements to operate the unit.
Speech recognition software like IBM's ViaVoice requires training to be used
successfully.
Talking To ViaVoice audio CD are shipped
out on the next business day by regular mail. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
They may be ordered from and shipped worldwide upon credit card authorization.
Iasis Corporation Consulting Inc. does not warrant or guarantee the
success of any particular user of speech recognition as it involves many
variables including but not limited to computer hardware, user knowledge and
initiative, training, support and software compatibility. Please
consult the manufacturers for details before purchasing.
Returns
The standard return policy is 15 days from receipt with the product in its
original packaging and condition shipped at your expense. YOU MUST HAVE
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM Iasis Corporation BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM. THIS
NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES AND COMMUNICATIONS. To receive

Refunds are for the price of the product only and do not include shipping and
handling.

E-products are shipped internationally. Video and audio products are
shipped worldwide. Iasis is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or
duties that may apply to you importation of the product. Please contact
