They can then request online from their doctor a renewal of up to three
prescription medications from our approved list.
The doctor reviews the fax.
If the doctor wants to see the patient first, the office calls the patient
for an appointment.
If approved, it is faxed to the patient's choice of our participating
pharmacies.
How can pharmacies participate in the Drugs & Docs prescription renewals
services?
Ontario pharmacies have the opportunity to join the prescription renewal
service at no cost. To become a member, you must complete our standard
agreement and display your membership at your prescription counter.
Pharmacies who participate will keep their customers who use Drugs & Docs
for renewals.
