and Docs website. We will not request that you provide us with

or rent personally identifiable medical information, it must be understood that
no company can guarantee that internet intruders or hackers can not break into

Any medical opinions are understood to be done in conjunction with your
primary care physician or other specialists. It is your responsibility to
discuss with them any change in your medical care or prescriptions.

Drugs and Docs Inc. will make its best efforts to process and transmit
your prescription renewal requests quickly and efficiently - normally on the
next business day. But unforeseen circumstances may make this take longer.
Drugs and Docs Inc.
is not responsible for how long it takes for
your doctor to review your renewal request. Any prescription given by your
doctor on your behalf to your pharmacy is solely the responsibility of you and
your physician. Drugs and Docs Inc. does not issue any
prescription. Only physicians may issue a prescription.
Drugs and Docs Inc. is not responsible for any difficulties in the
transmission of your request from your doctor to your pharmacy.
Filling your prescription is the sole responsibility of your pharmacy and not Drugs and Docs Inc.. You should always discuss your prescription
medications with your pharmacist before using them.
You agree that the maximum liability for Drugs and Docs Inc.
or the Iasis Corporation is
C$25
for your Iasis Safeguard or
Iasis Safeguard Plus membership fee and/or the
C$30 prescription renewal
application fee.
Patients should always confirm their prescription renewal information and
requests with their physicians and pharmacies.

For those select prescription products offered through Drugs
and Docs, it is agreed that those prescriptions will only be
requested by persons who affirm all of the following:
- 1. You must have had a physical examination by your doctor in the past
year.
- 2. You are a person living in Canada who is 18 years of age or older.
- 3. The prescription is for you personally and not for another person.
- 4. You have completed fully and truthfully the Iasis Safeguard or
Iasis Safeguard Plus Patient Registration form and that you have
received your verification email.
- 5. The prescription is for no illegal or improper purpose.
- 6. The prescribing physician or the Iasis
Corporation may for any reason it judges prudent, not prescribe
any or all prescriptions to an individual.
- 7. The prescription order will only be faxed by your doctor to an Ontario
pharmacy.
- 8. You will be responsible for any costs including legal expenses to
recover those costs for any fees or transactions you commit to but do not
pay. This includes any fraudulent use of the transaction system or
other fee based services agreed to by you.
- 9. You agree that you are primarily responsible for your healthcare and
that you will make appropriate decisions based on your ongoing consultations
and care of your personal physician.
- 10. You agree that if you are ill, you will immediately seek medical
attention from your physician or hospital emergency room.
- 11. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or any of its
participants will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and will be
resolved in that jurisdiction.
